This notice covers lmbsapps.eu, the website. Each application has its own policy, linked from its page.

What this site collects

Nothing.

There is no account, no contact form, no newsletter, no comment box and no shopping cart. No cookies are set. No analytics, tag manager, session recorder, heat map or advertising script runs on any page. Nothing you do here is measured, and nothing is passed to a third party.

What the host sees

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare's network processes the technical data a browser must send in order to receive a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack, and discards it on its own schedule. It is not combined with anything else, and it never reaches me in a form that identifies you.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in operating a website that works and stays available.

Fonts

Two typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com and Google receives your IP address in the process. This is a decision I will revisit by self-hosting the fonts, which removes the request entirely.

Writing to me

If you send an email to the address in the imprint, I have your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you, and afterwards for as long as German commercial and tax law requires me to keep correspondence.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask what data is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and complain to a supervisory authority. For this website the honest answer to the first question is that there is nothing to show you. Write to the address in the imprint.
